Tricia Molzow

Ms. Molzow joined the Board of Directors in 2009.  She has an eclectic background encompassing political activism, volunteer management and social work.

Ms. Molzow is currently a Constituent Services Representative for Congressman Connie Mack IV.  She is responsible for handling Military/Veterans issues along with IRS, Postal Service, and FEMA questions.

Prior to this, she served as the Chief of Staff to City of Fort Myers’ Mayor Jim Humphrey.   Ms. Molzow worked for over ten years as the Director of the Volunteer Services Department at Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center and then as the Director of the Senior Friendship Centers Retired Seniors Volunteer Program.

Prior to entering the volunteer management field, Ms. Molzow had extensive experience in the political arena which culminated in her serving as the campaign manager for Connie Mack III, father of her current boss.  In this position, she was responsible for all of the activities of his first campaign for Congress in 1982.   Ms. Molzow then went to Washington D.C., where she served for several years on Congressman Mack’s personal staff as Legislative Assistant.

Before her political career began, Ms. Molzow devoted over eight years to social work in the field of foster care for children.  In addition, she served as a member of a federal pilot project which pioneered the concept of foster care for adults.

Ms. Molzow has a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Wisconsin.  She received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
